These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the SKYLAN Studios Pty Ltd website and your purchase of our garments. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. 

1. Use of This Website 

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. 

2. Products & Availability 

Our garments are produced through: 

Availability may change without notice. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration. 

3. Pricing & Payment 

All prices are listed in AUD. 

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved methods. SKYLAN Studios does not store credit card details. 

You will receive an order confirmation once payment is received. 

4. Order Changes & Cancellations 

a) Ready‑to‑Wear 

Orders may be cancelled or amended before dispatch (usually within 1–2 business days). 

b) Made‑to‑Order 

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production begins. Production typically commences within 1–4 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Key points: 

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities. 

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, any costs incurred will be deducted from any refund issued. 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

a) Eligibility (Ready‑to‑Wear only) 

You have 7 days from receiving your garment to initiate a return. 

You may return Ready‑to‑Wear garments for: 

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. 

Condition Requirements 

Garments must be: 

Garments that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense. 

b) Sample Garments 

Sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless the garment received is materially different from the listing. 

7. Made‑to‑Order Garments 

Made‑to‑Order garments are created specifically for you. They cannot be returned due to change of mind, fit, or incorrect size. 

Refunds or replacements are only issued for confirmed manufacturing faults. 

8. Faulty Garments 

A garment is considered faulty if it has: 

Minor variations (e.g., natural fibre characteristics or slight colour differences) are not considered faults. 

If you believe your garment is faulty, contact hello@skylanstudios.com within 7 days with clear photographs. 

Damage caused by incorrect care, wear, or laundering is not considered a fault. 

9. Care & Responsibility 

All garments include detailed care instructions. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions. 

Damage resulting from incorrect care is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 

10. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website, including imagery, text, design, patterns, graphics, and branding, is the property of SKYLAN Studios. 

You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission. 

11. E‑Gift Cards 

E‑gift cards: 

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
